Each spring, only the most nascent bud and its accompanying leaf are hand-plucked and meticulously processed to preserve the abundance of "golden tips." The Rite

1. Prepare: Bring 8 oz of fresh, filtered water to a soft, simmering heat (185-195 F).

2. Measure: Place 1 teaspoon of the hand-curled leaves into your vessel. Take a moment to appreciate the golden down on the buds—a testament to the tea’s vitality.

3. Infuse: Pour the water over the leaves and allow them to awaken for 3 to 4 minutes. The water will transform into a deep, radiant amber.
