This dish began as a vintage cut glass piece shaped like an open bloom. The radiating cuts move outward from a smooth center, giving it a soft, contained feel—nothing sharp, nothing distracting. The small handle detail adds just enough grip to move it when needed, without interrupting its balance.

Each dish includes a small bag of natural sand, intended to safely receive smoldering palo santo, incense, or other burnable materials.

Uses 

Designed for quiet, contained use:

• Resting a smoldering palo santo stick (two pieces included)

• Catching ash from incense or resin

• Holding one or two small ritual objects

• Bedside, desk, or travel altar use

The sand provides a heat-safe buffer, protecting the glass and the surface beneath it so you don’t have to hover or rush.
